Courses are available for all levels: beginners, intermediate or advanced.

Private Lessons
These one-on-one lessons are generally given on one of the apparatus (reformer, trap table, etc) and are designed by your instructor so that he or she can make corrections to your alignment and posture. Your instructor will take into consideration your personal situation and your objectives and will design courses that will give you the most rapid results.
Cost : 70 € per person
Duos or Trios
DUOS
Duos are most often given on the apparatus as well. While not always possible, it’s best to have two participants of approximately the same physical level.
Cost: 55 euros per person
TRIOS
Trio are most often given on the reformers and springboards.
These courses are on our collective class schedule.
Cost for trios: 35 € per person
10 time card: 300 €per person
GYROKINESIS®

An hour and a half long class is 30 € (4 person maximum)

An hour long class is 20 euros

Reservations of all collective courses on the mat and apparatus are made online. With your first reservation, it’s necessary to create a account that you will use with all subsequent reservations;

Private or duo courses need to be reserved by email;

All course cancellations (for both private and collective classes) need to be made at least 24 hours in advance. If not, the course will be considered due and payable.

All subscriptions and cards are valid for 1 year. Unused courses will be forfeited and not reimbursable;

A-Lyne does not subsidise the purchase of course subscriptions;

No subscription purchase will be refunded.
